Step 1 - Log In
Log in to your cPanel area. You will usually find it by adding /cpanel to your domain name - for example, www.yourdomain.com/cpanel .
Step 2 - Go to Email Accounts
Click on the Email Accounts icon.
Step 3 - Choose Account Details
Enter the email address and password.
Tip: It can be a nightmare if a hacker manages to figure out your email password! For best results, choose a password with both lower and upper case letters, a few numbers, and perhaps even a few punctuation marks. Click the Password Generator button to have cPanel create an industrial-strength password for you ;)
Step 4 - Set a Quota and Save
Many hosting accounts have limits on space, and letting a mailbox grow out of control can quickly consume much of it. As a result, you may wish to set a quota of 250, 500, 1000 MB or more. However, if you are certain that you have lots of space, you can set the quota to unlimited. Finally, click Create Account.
Step 5 - Create Another or Log Out
A confirmation message will display. Fill in the form again to create another email account, or log out of CPanel if finished.
