For $49.95, Digital Bloom will configure your Joomla site to run with three cutting edge online tools:

  • Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3) - Much of your website (images, javascript files, CSS files etc.) will automatically be transferred once per day to Amazon's blazingly fast servers.
  • Yahoo! Smush.it - During the transfer process, any images will first be optimized with Yahoo's Smush.it service to reduce their file size. The process is "lossless" - visual quality is completely unaffected.
  • Amazon Cloudfront - Files from your website will then be served up to users from the Amazon server nearest to them. Such a content delivery network (CDN) ensures fast load times for your website's visitors, no matter where they are in the world.

Amazon charges a nominal fee for the storage and bandwidth, literally pennies per month (we've never paid more than $1 per month!)
